Tether minted 1 billion USDT on the Tron network this morning, which has been authorized but not issued.

According to WhaleAlert monitoring, Tether minted 1 billion USDT on the TRON network at 12:17 am East African Time today.

In this regard, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said that the additional 1 billion USDT issued this time is a supplement to the Tron network inventory.

This is an authorized but unissued transaction, which means that the additional USDT issued this time will be used to meet the next issuance request and the inventory demand for cross-chain exchange.
